Scheduling Instructions

You may enter a desired Appointment Time below, If you have additional availability or special circumstances that require photography to be completed within a said time frame please enter this information also in the Special Requests or Notes for Photographer. Real T Photography will do our best to accommodate your scheduling request, however not all requested times will be available due to prior commitments with other clients.

After Placing your order, you should expect an email when the order is dispatched to our Photographer, Then a call or email before the end of the next business day from our independent photographer to confirm your request or schedule a new appointment time to capture the images.

A link to download the Photos are emailed along with the tour links if applicable within 2 Business days after the photography and photo processing has been completed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Once images have been captured they will be sent to our processing center for proper color and clarity adjustments. If we have been provided with an MLS number The single property webpage will be submitted to be linked at the appropriate websites within 24hrs of completion the tour link will also be sent to the email address on file providing additional instructions if required.

Geocentric Productions, Inc. will have images process and attempt to deliver the completed photos and tour within two (2) business days. Although Geocentric will make an attempt to link the tour to additional sites on the behalf of the agent. Geocentric can not be responsible for tours that are not able to link to any sites that our outside of our control. In any event Geocentric is unable to submit to any websites outside of our control without a proper MLS id number.

Drone Photography is dependent on weather conditions and geographic location.
**Not all properties our able to be photographed with a drone due to FAA regulations IE: property is located in restricted air space that drone can not be operated in. Some controlled air space may require additional fees to get proper permits to operate drone.

Customer may cancel an appointment with more than 24 hours advance notice, without incurring any charges.

If an appointment is canceled by the customer, agent or agents representative within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. The customer will be charged a fee of $40.00, even if the appointment is rescheduled for a later time.

If the appointment is canceled by Geocentric Productions, Inc. within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment the customer will receive one free Upgrade.

Missed filming appointments by the customer, agent or agents representative will be charged a fee of $50.00 even if the filming is rescheduled for a later time. Photographers can not wait no more than 15 min after scheduled time, In order not to disrupt the rest of the days appointments.

Geocentric Productions, Inc. Retains the Copyright of all images captured. by placing this order customer confirms to have a written contract with the property owner,1) that permits Geocentric Productions, Inc. the right to take photographs of the property and any visible contents in or on the property. 2) Grants Geocentric Productions, Inc. perpetual rights, title and interest in and to use such photographs in advertising, trade, or any purpose. 3) Title and interest in and to any derivative works. 4) The property owner and customer waives any rights to have to inspect or approve the finished product(s) 4) discharges, and agrees to save harmless and defend photographer and or Geocentric Productions, Inc. their heirs, from any liability, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said pictures. Any additional modifications or enhancements of a captured image shall also be the sole and exclusive property of Geocentric Productions, Inc.

Geocentric Productions, Inc. grants purchaser named above as Customer the rights to use said images for a period of no more than year from the date the photos were captured for marketing of real estate in said photos for sale or rent, or to solicit additional listings of real estate for sale or rent. Any additional rights must be agreed upon by both parties in writing.

There are no refunds after the filming of your order.
